Bookings are for a 1-hour stay.*
If you'd like to stay longer, it will depend on the availability of other bookings. If you'd prefer a shorter visit, you can leave earlier, and we’ll adjust the donation amount based on the time you’ve enjoyed.
* Bookings from Tuesday to Friday at 1:15 PM and 1:30 PM can only stay in the lounge until 2:00 PM due to the establishment's closing time. The same applies to bookings from Monday to Sunday at 8:15 PM and 8:30 PM, which can stay in the lounge until 9:00 PM.
We kindly request punctuality.
Your stay begins at your reserved time; if you arrive late, we cannot guarantee the full hour.
If you encounter any unexpected delays, please notify us before your reservation time. Otherwise, after 30 minutes, we will free up the spot for other visitors.
Keep in mind that we are in the heart of Madrid, where parking is challenging, and events frequently disrupt traffic and public transportation.
You pay for the time you spend.
Our prices per person are approximately as follows:
30min - 5,00€ / 60min - 8,00€
We adjust the price based on the time enjoyed, and payment is made at the end of the visit.
The minimum amount to be paid corresponds to 30 minutes. Children (up to 12 years old), pensioners, and people with disabilities receive a 25% discount. The discount applies starting from the minimum stay of 30 minutes/€5.00. A maximum of 2 children per adult.
Reservation deposit.
When making your reservation, we request a deposit of €5.00 per person. Once your visit is over, we will deduct this amount from the final donation for your stay.
Modifications and cancellations:
- Notice by 9:00 PM the day before your reservation: possibility to change your reservation to another date or receive a refund of your reservation deposit.
- Notice on the same day of your reservation, at least one hour before it starts: possibility to change your reservation to another date.
- From one hour before the start of your reservation onward, no refund or changes will be allowed.
We offer a free drink.
Each visitor receives a free drink, which is self-service and non-alcoholic. You can enjoy it during your stay in the cat lounge.
If you would like to have something else, it is a voluntary donation.
Our rules.
We want you to fully enjoy your stay, but we also want the cats to enjoy your presence. We have some mandatory rules for interacting with them, which you accept when visiting us.
We will explain the rules to you upon arrival, although we will highlight the most important ones here. These rules must be followed by all visitors. Repeated failure to comply may result in the end of your experience. After all, our priority is the well-being of our cats.

· Interact with the kitties, but respect their space and rest.
· Pamper and pet them, but don’t pick them up, hold them, or force them.
· Always play with toys, never with your hands.
· Take photos and take home a memory, but avoid using flash.
There is always a member of the association in the cat lounge. They are there to ensure that the rules are followed, but also to assist you with interacting with the cats, explain what each one likes, share their stories, and help with anything you may need. Feel free to rely on this person whenever you need assistance.
How to make your reservation.
Select the day you want to visit us.
Add your name and phone number.
Indicate how many adults and children will be visiting.
Accept the reservation policies.
Click "Ver disponibilidad".
In the "Servicio - Salón de gatos" box, you can click the dropdown (the arrow to the right) and choose the time that suits you best. It will only show available options.
Click "Pagar y reservar" to access the deposit payment gateway.

We do not send confirmation emails, and we do not ask for your email at any point...
